Hotel Alkmaar

The staff greeted us enthusiastically and told us we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite. Arriving at the room, we found it wasn’t ready, but the receptionist had flooded us up and this was sorted extremely promptly. Lots of free parking available. We didn’t use the car as there is a bus stop immediately outside the hotel which costs €1 to the centre. Breakfast was good too.

The fact that I could bring my own food and warm it up in the hotel. Most hotels don’t want to do that. Very friendly staff. I never do reviews but I feel they deserve one.

Room was very well appointed and comfortable Bathroom facilities were great. Loved the buffet breakfast!

Very nice and modern hotel with a Japanese restaurant next to it. The room was nice and comforable with a fridge, coffee machine, a perfect bed and a great rain shower. The breakfast was fine with plenty of choice.

Very friendly and professional staff at the front desk! Good breakfast. Good parking facilities.
